1.Customer Guarantee:

We can assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive safely. You can track your shipment through the tracking system provided as well as contact us via email. The package will be exactly what you ordered.

2.Return Policy:

Our customers’ satisfaction is what we are pursuing. We have full confidence that you will be happy with your products and the service we provide. It’s our business to maintain long-term business relationships with our clients. We are, therefore dedicated to follow through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully and double check the measurements before purchasing.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item.
2. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition.
3. Item must have our security tag still attached.
4. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA) to write on the box.
5. The original invoice must be returned with the item.
6. Return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

All returns will be charged 5% restocking fee to cover the payment processing fees. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.

If we find that the item has been used or is different from the condition before we sent out, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to the customer.
